@mirunag & I might be on to something here 😋 Our take on the Chipotle Steak Bowl. Was so fire we’ve made it 3 nights in a row 😅😂 We did baked sweet potatoes instead of rice under the steak 🥩 I also add a bit of shredded cheddar cheese, low fat sour cream & Chipotle Salsa.
