Managed to catch the final set at NurFest last night. None other than one of my favourite local bands, Butterfingers. This was their first gig in a while with Emmett being away. But what a performance they put on! Brought back a lot of memories from the 1990s. Fun fact: my first business venture was back in 1995 when I was a concert promoter for bands like Butterfingers. I remember organising a ‘tea dance’ where they played in Piccadilly club back in the day.
