Why people need to pass tests to get driver license ? These tests are one more source of corruption. Why we can’t just give driver license to anyone who wants(above age of consciousness) and once rules are broken by someone we do penalties and confiscate this license. This is how system works in Mexico and there is same driver accidents statistic in this country if we compare to it’s neighbors.
