Ok, so this was the specific thought that started all this. If we are the universe experiencing itself, the universe is really going through some shit. I encountered a run of people last week who’d had really tough days and were struggling to be kind to themselves, and I thought about how often we’re unkind to ourselves, and how that sits with the idea of us being the universe experiencing itself - what needs to be healed in us and the universe to stop being so mean to ourselves?
