I feel like people need to normalise the idea of ‘just because someone is “free” doesn’t mean they’re “available.”’ People deserve to use their time as they want. Some people need time to unwind and social media scroll and that’s okay. People shouldn’t feel entitled to our free time and we should stop feeling guilty for prioritising what we want to do until we’re prepared to reply.
