I saw a thread post about how people can be great at posting pics and instagram but not at threads and how it's cause they can take nice pictures but have nothing to say. Maybe. Or maybe they have a lot to say but don't want to waste more time in this precious life crafting social media posts to be engaging? It's sad if we start judging people based on how much of their time they give over to social media.

2 小時內	｡･::･ﾟ★,｡･::･ﾟ☆ madebywes	I’ve been seeing plenty of posts from people upset about how deceptive Threads was/is in preventing us from deleting ourThreads accounts without also deleting our Instagram accounts but I’m over here subtly contemplating how bad would it really be to just go full nuclear on all of my social media hah. In the meantime, guess I’ll see how much energy I have to be engaging on here (and elsewhere). PS: love your work and look forward to seeing your posts when the algorithm graces me with them 🤠

2 小時內	Liz G-W Design lizgw.design	Social media was never about connecting at scale for me - it was about using technology to my advantage so I could stay in touch with people that matter, especially those who were too far to see in person. Over the years, it's become a way to build new relationships with people I may have never encountered locally. There are still times I feel pressured to post more (written or image) but that's not the part of social media that ever made me happy.
