Started the day with interval training with my friend and fellow ex-MP, @im.ok.man. I find my mental health improves when I work out. I think clearer, focus on positive goals for the day and get anger/frustration out of my system. I also like to listen to a good podcast (current fave is Empire) or playlist in order to cope with the pace, maintain cadence and take my mind away from the physical discomfort.
