Give yourself space- if you can, cut down on the time spent in allotypical spaces.
Wear clothes you feel comfortable in. Vege on the couch, use loops or noise cancellers and sunnies/turn off the lights to reduce your sensory load.
Put your phone to Do Not Disturb, turn off every alarm, eat easy Comfort Foods, drink lots of water and Safe Drinks.
Do dopamine-loaded activities if you feel up to it- easy, small tasks like origami or macrame bracelets are great!
Mostly, give yourself grace.
