stop allowing your ‘friends’ to walk all over you & throw shade, and tear you down and let them mask it as a ‘joke’. bc it’s not a joke & you need to stop accepting that type of behaviour from your ‘friends’ bc that type of behaviour is demeaning and disgusting. you shouldn’t be friends with people who tear you down!
