There’s a major growth opportunity here. It’s disappointing to see the lack of ownership and accountability from one of our community’s best known organizations. I understand it’s uncomfortable to be publicly called out. But this response is not it. Our job is to listen. I sincerely hope CHADD will apologize and ask for feedback so they can do better, instead of pointing the finger towards the person speaking out.
