One of my favorite baking tips! Always work citrus zest into sugar for the most amazing 🍊/🍋 flavor in you batter. You’ll work the oils out of the zest and really maximize the flavor. Any tips you’d like to share?

一小時內	Ilo ilo_gbe	Awesome tip. Mine is: to get light, airy and fluffy cakes and pancakes, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and whisk the egg whites to fluffy peaks. Mix in the yolks to the batter and fold in the egg whites as the last step, works every single time.
