Since the cash scarcity, I haven't seen Bolt drivers cancel rides cos of cash. They don't even ask that question again, "is it a cash ride"? People can adjust to anything, they just need something that'll push them there. Also makes me think the cash scarcity was intentional to make people adjust to going cashless.
