I love Pilates, but Pilates does NOT replace strength training for me.
Progressive overload through strength training/hypertrophy training…
• Increases the calories you burn at rest
• Allows you to eat MORE
• Leads to body recomposition
• Aids in happy hormones
• Increases bone density
This is why strength training will always be my #1 form of exercise!
