Was listening to "Our Singapore" on the shopping mall sound track, and the lines "cause the best is yet to come" strikes me as somewhat overly optimistic. If we take it to the extreme, death is really the best release (from age, illness, stress from life, plus the fact that I will meet God). So indeed, the best is yet to come, but in a really morbid way. End of the road, baby.
