Mental health, like physical health, can deteriorate if you don’t if you don’t look after yourself. Of course, sometimes it gets worse for no particular reason.
So if you are eating healthy and working out to keep well physically, do the same for your mental health.
Regularly practice mindfulness.
Make meaningful connections (and end toxic ones).
Don’t be stingy with sleep.
Find spirituality and/or purpose.
Stop reading stuff on Twitter (hahaha).
