To my ADHD crowd: routine is HARD, so pick 2-3 things that you know you’ll do every week to get you back on track. For me, I know I’ll hit legs every Saturday morning. And Pilates 1st thing every Monday morning. It helps me reset my sleep schedule, and gives me a sense of accomplishment at least twice a week 🫶🏻
