Business lesson from the dentist. Be the business that people would go the extra mile for. I moved a few years ago and switched my dentist because one opened up near my house… literally up the road. After 2 lousy experiences I will be going back to my old dentist which is a 30 minute drive. They are worth the extra mile because they care about building relationships and provide high quality service.
