Pool 🏊‍♀️, Hot Tub, Sauna or space for said amenities At least 3 Bedrooms 3 full Bathrooms 1 half 4 Car Garage Huge kitchen (I love to cook and bake) Open Floorplan (I’m loud we can’t box that sound in🤣) One level Master separate from other rooms Each room has a bathroom and there is a guest bathroom near garage entrance This is off the top of my head I’m sure I’ll think of something else I forgot about 😊
