This is a great question and even better point. I use a lot of those sounds in my reels. I would be more than happy to pay for them bc I know they drive me traffic and sales. It’s my understanding that they fall under the fair use copyright provision but for things like tik toks and reels it seems dicey. @theboutiquelawyer do you have thoughts about this?

It’s legal to sample 1 minute of an audio clip without having to pay monetary rights to the other person’s work or individual who is voicing the audio clip. This is why modern songs can sample older songs like Tyga with his new bops goin brazy audio
