Hitting 10,000 steps is the easiest protocol you have. ✅ Wake up 20-30 min earlier and go for a walk prior to meal one. ✅ Get up and move after each meal (5-10 min) ✅ Take the stairs more often ✅ Park further away ✅ 5-10 minutes incline walking to warm up and cool down at the gym ✅ Walk around between sets vs just sitting on your phone 👀 ✅ Go for a walk during your lunch break Just.
