- Isolated Incline: 160lbs at 3 x 10-12
- Lat Raises: 35lbs at 4 x 10
- Tricep Overhead: 75lbs at 3 x 8
- Single Arm Tricep Pushdown: 30lbs at 3 x 10-12
- Pec Deck Fly: 165lbs at 3 x 8
- Pec Cable Fly Low: 25lbs at 3 x 8-10
- Pec Cable Fly High: 30lbs at 3 x 8-10
- Dips: Until failure 3 times
Evening LD Run:
- 30KM in +38°C 🤠
