I was at the Blues v Essendon match earlier this year and genuinely felt sorry for you all. It was just such a poor display of skills. Not system problem or beaten by a couple of key players, just players that didn’t look like they should be at AFL. And then… last night! As the commentators like to say: elite! Legit premiership contenders if you can play like that. I don’t understand how a team can turn itself around so drastically mid season. Great game.
