5 years back when I was joining an agency - full time, I had to give a list of the places I had interned at, for background check and confirmation. Fast forward to today, a college is sending me feedback form for an intern under my company. And the feedback determines their credits in a semester. Such moments, no matter how small, help me reflect my growth over the years. :’))
