Most people don’t need teas or fancy supplements to detoxify their body. Here’s some foods I keep in my diet to help naturally support my detox organs:
Cruciferous veg like broccoli & Brussels sprouts
Dark berries like cranberries & wild blueberries
Citrus fruit like lemon & grapefruit
Artichoke (I get it jarred, fresh and frozen)
Beets (pickled and juiced too)
Nuts like walnuts & Brazil nuts
Green tea (matcha lattes for me)
Garlic (use garlic oil if sensitive)
Celery (raw or juiced)
