I was just body shamed in a dressing room by an older lady working at a big box store. I'm still in shock by this woman's attitude and demeanor, but there was a silver lining - it allowed me to reflect on how far I've come with facing my inner demons and insecurities. No tears were shed, instead I just had sympathy for how miserable this woman must be to act in such a way to a complete stranger. Be kind friends.
