High protein meal prep idea - salt & pepper chicken and chips, 34g protein!
Recipe makes 3-4 portions:
600g diced chicken breast
20ml soy sauce
garlic powder
salt
pepper paprika
1 diced onion
1 diced pepper
4 diced spring onions
360g oven chips (use a thicker kind and don’t over cook so reheating does not dry them out)
