Thank you for being a huge advocate for mental health, not a lot of politicians do!
I’m a huge fan of the IFS psychotherapy approach and of the ways to find equilibrium with the voices or thoughts that infuriate is to look at them as it is coming from an internal sub personality of yourself, more often than not, this is the “protector”.
