Didn’t get the promotion this half because my time in current role is too short (according to my manager). I understand that most of the reviewers need a clear signal to see a candidate can “constantly” perform like a next level - in other words, they/I need another half year evaluation. Hopefully, after H2, I can get the promo at the end of this year. Please wish me the best 🙃.
