This morning I waited on hold for 45 minutes to schedule a brain MRI with Optum. Now it’s 51 minutes (and counting) to reach pediatrics. The care in office is great but waiting on hold like this consistently is unacceptable. I can reach specialists at major NYC hospitals in minutes, why can’t I reach a person at @optum ?
