We were broken into last night. While I was confused and scared, I wasn’t surprised. I’ve experienced 5 break-ins throughout the mere 24 years I’ve been on this earth - 2 of which were full home-invasions. This isn’t unique to me - most South Africans will have a similar experience. I love this country but YOH I’m jealous of people who feel safe in their own homes 🥲
