trying out a new form of lifestyle for two months just to see how I feel and transform. RULES: - no strength/gym weightlifting - 10k steps a day - pilates 5-6x a week Also wanted to mention that i've been on a deficit for a month now but I want to see if it would be even easier to be in a deficit since i'm not pushing my muscles as much as weightlifting would.
