There are two types of bulking
1 CLEAN BULK -You don't eat junk at all , you have to eat carbs protein fat which should come from good food such as meat ,eggs ,peanut butter, roti ,dal ,paneer ,soya.
2)DIRTY BULK -You don't have to care about any kind of food just eat whatever you can eat no calories count ,no protein count nothing just eat n eat like an animal.
