You can’t hope, wish, or pray your way to action….
You have to PLAN FOR IT.
As a coach, when I hear a client say, “I’m hoping to exercise/go to the grocery store/get to bed by 9:30pm” - this is a 🚩 that there is actually very little chance of that thing happening 🙃
Checking in with yourself about the actual way you intend to do a thing is 🔑 for consistency 👌🏼
And then change your language: “I WILL do xyz” (and name the time, place, strategy!) ✔️
