Seriously. This got me for two reasons. 1. I'm in the middle of a legal name change. I am a cisgender woman repairing trauma I endured from my adoptive parents and no longer want the name they gave me. MANY people change their names, not just transgender individuals. 2. Fucking. Hypocrite. And the fact that she's whitewashed herself so squeaky clean is abhorrent and a shame to her family name.
