After the Titans’ poor performance today, it seems like a good idea to suggest what I think we should have done with the new stadium that the city and state massive subsidies to bring into existence - yes, we’ll subsidize, but the franchise has to produce a 10-6 season every year for the duration of the loans/subsidies. If they don’t, they have to pay back some/all of the money to the city and state, depending how far short they fell of 10-6 (the worse the season, the more they have to pay back)
