Catching up on some award winning shows and watched season one of Ozark. Not sure how much more of American Exceptionalism and casual death of Mexicans I want to watch... It's well acted and well paced, but yeesh the show is bleak and it's hard to tell what it's trying to go for. My initial instinct thinking this show is not for me was right, but I guess I should keep going until season 3 where it gets its Emmy-holding foothold, I guess?
