Some things I like to have on hand to make a super fast & easy dinner:
Prepped or defrosted protein and tofu
Beans and lentils
Salad ingredients & premade dressing
Pasta and tortillas
Grains that take >15 mins to cook
Raw cheese or vegan dip/sauce
Bone broth and/or veggie broth
Broccoli, asparagus, cabbage, carrots, onion
Pastured eggs
Frozen veg including peas, hashbrowns etc.
