1. Preheat oven 175 celcius selama 15min.
3. Gunakan tortilla wrap sbgi base. Toast kejap atas pan & masukkan dlm loyang.
4. Hiris cendawan shiitake, bwg holland, sosej & daun bwg.
5. Tumis semua hirisan td sampai masak & ketepikan.
6. Dlm bowl lain, pecahkan 2/3 biji telur, 1tbs fresh milk, mozzarella cheese, garam, serbuk black pepper, chili flakes & bahan tumis td.
7. Kacau sebati & tuang dlm loyang.
8. Taburkan mozzarella cheese & parsley flakes on top.
