The fitness industry really makes my eyes roll. What they say is “healthy” & nutritious, isn’t healthy and nutritious….When they say you have to workout 5 days a week to see results…When they comment on your body & think it’s ok….When they say you have to have ACTIVE rest days instead of actually rest days….When they say you have to get in 10k steps a day….
The list goes on & on. Seems like old habits die hard 🙄
