The thing I’m actually most confused about with the sniperwolf situation is why TikTok itself doesn’t go after her to remove content from their platform that was reposted to YouTube. Why is TikTok okay with letting YouTube have all these millions of views of reposted TikToks. I understand they can’t get rid of all the reposts - but going after a high profile target like that seems like a no brainer. The TikTok logo is visible in all the videos which could certainly cause brand confusion.
