I did a class yesterday on the role of AI in HR and conducted this simulation with ChatGPT as my "HR Assistant." While there is a lot of hype around recruiting and culture-building, I see the true value in automating and simplifying the routine, time-consuming tasks that take up HR professionals' time. Time that could be spent on value-added, people-focused activities.
