Journaling is an awesome habit to foster! I journal about both business and personal stuff. It helps me deal with stress and anxiety. I get thoughts and ideas down while they are still fresh in my mind. I write down what I'm grateful for, which is a powerful tool for increasing positivity and manifesting abundance in your life. It's private, just for you alone. Use a notebook or a computer or a phone. Doesn't matter! Just do it. Every day! ✍️😀
