@americanair hands down the worst experience with an airline EVER. changed my itinerary twice, leaving me with a 10 hour layover and no better options for my trip. Very sad how they expect a 70 year old to sit in an airport for 10 hours and no one cared on the customer service line. Will NEVER use them again and encourage others to also not use them.
