Reading @jadapinkettsmith book WORTHY. So many nuggets! I'm deepening my self worth journey! I never thought about the differences: Self worth × self love x confidence. They aren't the same. And it made me realize we focus a lot on seeming confident and not enough on building our internal sense of worthiness in a way that isn't based externally.
