As we approach our 40s, hospitals often become like a 2nd home to us. We find ourselves visiting not just for our own health, but also for our parents, family members & friends. My feelings toward hospitals are complex - a mix of love and frustration. Whether it's a GH or a private one, I can't shake the trauma of the emergency room and ICU, especially since I lost my dear brother in the ICU at a GH.
