At what point in the sales process do you start charging for your time? For example: If I’ve: ✅ Done a 20 minute discovery call ✅ Sent off a proposal ✅ Answered a 1-3 emails regarding proposal And the potential client wants another call? What do you do? I (personally) will charge for that call at my hourly rate.
