I used to be the RD who told clients they weren’t tracking macros correctly if they followed a deficit but didn’t lose weight. Yesterday, I shared in my IG stories why I no longer say this to clients. The response I got was eye-opening! So many stories of women tracking things like their GUM, weighing water, learning the hard way that it was NEVER their fault.
The truth? Sure, 1 in 100 might not track perfectly. But what about the other 99? It's ok to admit that macros don't work for everyone.
