I do mental exercises about my death, imagining myself dying and asking, “Did I do my best?” I not only think about my own death but also the death of those around me, considering how I would cope. Additionally, I think about what it would be like if I lost part of my body. Reflecting on these things helps me make decisions that I believe are more assertive in my life. Think, study, and question always. Art of the day 988 I’m just starting out. Day by day, step by step, I will keep on walking
