I've taken pre/probiotics and vit D for years, but I recently paid for a comprehensive blood test which tests all vitamin levels as well as things like thyroid, hormones, cholesterol, bone health etc - the results were really useful and I now take b12 and folate as these were super low and I had no idea - definitely recommend if you are looking to supplement your health!
