I read an interesting thread talking about names for climate change. Some of my favorites included calling it a climate crisis or a pollution crisis. I've been thinking about it, and while I think "crisis" can be a good motivating word, this isn't a crisis. This isn't the boss battle or the climax of the story; this is an irrevocable long-term change to all ecological and climate systems of *the entire world.* There's no crisis to overcome. It's time to learn to swim with the change or drown.
